About us
Impulsa Capital Humano is born out of the need to formalize people management in small and medium growing companies, to assist leaders in engaging the talent that has supported them in their growth, recognizing their effort and investing in their professional and personal development, because this will ultimately contribute to their collective success.
Our mission is to work alongside our clients and partners in building their own HR Departments as well as restructuring or refocusing existing HR Departments. For large businesses, we provide interim support for HR teams as well as a HR Business Partner service for other areas that require assistance with the creation, development and growth of teams, both in the short and medium term.
We are not a classic HR consultancy. We provide hands-on support to our clients and partners in order to boost their HR function as well as the rest of their business from a people perspective. Our knowledge and experience serves those who work to innovate and generate sustainable business growth through their people.
We practice active listening at all levels of the organization to achieve a clear understanding of your product, service and strategy so that we can provide the necessary backing to a holistic project linked to people, or specifically across any function within your organization.

I found my calling well into in my career and almost by chance. I started working with Human Resources in addition to what was then my role, but it soon became a passion that I was able to develop thanks to the support, trust and investment of my manager at the time, to whom I will always be deeply grateful. Since then, circa 2011, I have been riding the rocket that is my professional life, that has led me to positions of increasing responsibility in companies such as General Electric (GE Capital), Almirall, Hotelbeds or Thomas Cook (Hotels & Resorts). It is now over 12 years’ of experience in human capital management, corporate communication, leadership development and training facilitation for large multinationals, as well as leading HR departments in small businesses like Easyjet Holidays (United Kingdom), Roiback (Spain), Carnect (Germany) and Easymarket (Italy), among others. It is this journey through different industries and multi-cultural organizations that has provided me with a range of skills as a strategic partner, coach and change agent which enable me to support companies of any industry or size, like yours. Helping you achieve the perfect balance between your strategic business objectives and the interests of your employees, leading you all to sustainable success over time.
I count with the support of a solid network of Human Resources professionals, experienced in different domains and disciplines, who guarantee the highest quality standard of delivery to our clients and partners.

My landing in the world of Human Resources was almost a consequence after a year of university studies in Economics, where I decided that I needed to look for a change because it was not what best suited me. My inclination for people, and what can be achieved through an adequate management of their technical capacities and their interpersonal skills, lead me to the field of Labor Relations, since I considered it a direct path to Human Resources. I took a Degree in Labor Relations from the University of the Balearic Islands, doing several internships in different HR departments within the hospitality and banking sectors, which reaffirmed my desire and interest in focusing in this specialty. Right afterwards, I completed my academic training with a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
Terraza Balear offered me the opportunity to carry out my first generalist role for almost 2 years. There I was able to delve into the different areas of the HR department, in a sector as interesting and with profiles as varied such as luxury interior design is, and where I met Núria from IMPULSA Capital Humano with whom I continue to learn, broaden and deepen my skills related to people management in organizations from various industries with projects that cover the entire spectrum of functions within the area of Human Resources.
