I found my calling well into in my career and almost by chance. I started working with Human Resources in addition to what was then my role, but it soon became a passion that I was able to develop thanks to the support, trust and investment of my manager at the time, to whom I will always be deeply grateful. Since then, circa 2011, I have been riding the rocket that is my professional life, that has led me to positions of increasing responsibility in companies such as General Electric (GE Capital), Almirall, Hotelbeds or Thomas Cook (Hotels & Resorts). It is now over 10 years’ of experience in human capital management, corporate communication, leadership development and training facilitation for large multinationals, as well as leading HR departments in small businesses like Easyjet Holidays (United Kingdom), Roiback (Spain), Carnect (Germany) and Easymarket (Italy), among others. It is this journey through different industries and multi-cultural organizations that has provided me with a range of skills as a strategic partner, coach and change agent which enable me to support companies of any industry or size, like yours.
